At GuideX, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines our terms for subscription cancellations, refund eligibility, and the refund process. By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to this policy.

2. Subscription Plans

GuideX offers monthly subscription plans that provide enhanced AI-powered guidance features. All paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Razorpay, our payment processing partner.

  • Plus Plan — ₹399/month
  • Pro Plan — ₹899/month
  • Enterprise Plan — ₹1,999/month

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the following methods:

  • From your Dashboard — click "Cancel Subscription"
  • By emailing us at support@guidexai.tech

3.2 What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • After the billing period ends, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan
  • You retain access to all your data and can resubscribe anytime

3.3 No Cancellation Fee

There is no cancellation fee. You can cancel your subscription at any time without any penalty.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your subscription purchase or renewal
  • You have experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service
  • You were charged incorrectly or received a duplicate charge

4.2 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase or renewal
  • If the subscription has been significantly used (more than 50% of daily actions consumed)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Change of mind after the 7-day window

4.3 Partial Refunds

In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion, especially for long-term subscribers who have experienced service disruptions.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  2. Include your registered email address and subscription ID
  3. Describe the reason for your refund request
  4. Include any relevant screenshots (for technical issues)

6. Refund Processing

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

7. Subscription Renewal

All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged the plan amount on the renewal date. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
