GuideX is a 100% digital product. It is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) delivered entirely online through our Chrome browser extension and web application. There are no physical goods or materials shipped as part of any GuideX subscription or purchase.

2. Instant Delivery

Upon successful subscription or purchase:

  • Your plan is activated immediately — there is no waiting period
  • Your daily AI action limit is upgraded instantly
  • All premium features become available right away in the Chrome extension
  • A confirmation email is sent to your registered email address

3. How to Access the Service

To use GuideX after subscribing:

  1. Install the GuideX Chrome Extension from the Chrome Web Store
  2. Log in to your account through the extension
  3. Visit any website and click the GuideX icon to start
  4. Your upgraded plan features will be automatically active

4. Service Availability

GuideX is available 24/7 on all Chromium-based browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, etc.). The service requires an active internet connection to function as it relies on cloud-based AI processing.

5. No Physical Shipping

Since GuideX is a purely digital service:

  • No physical address is required for delivery
  • No shipping charges apply
  • No delivery tracking is needed
  • The service is accessible globally via the internet

6. Delivery Issues

In the rare event that your subscription is not activated after payment:

  • Try logging out and logging back in to refresh your account status
  • Check your email for payment confirmation from Razorpay
  • Contact us at support@guidexai.tech with your payment ID and we will resolve it within 24 hours
